I made a friend and his name is Ethan. He is very nice and he can help me with my homework because he's 15. I especially need help on my French homework, and he speaks it fluently. I wake up at 2:00 am to talk to him before school starts because we have an eight hour time difference. He lives in London. We talk to eachother everyday. He makes me happy when I'm depressed. He is the only one that truly understands me and I understand him, too. I'm really tired because I was up all night talking to him.
    My sister is having her 9th birthday tomorrow and I need to clean the room; we share a room. It's going to be a Halloween Costume party. I am going to make lots of scary looking food. We have a ice-mold that will make the ice in the punch bowl look like a brain. I'm going to make cookies that look just like crooked fingers. We might make home-made gummy worms, but I'm not sure. 
   

    My favorite cat, Jigsaw (a.k.a Jiggy) died. He was going to be 3 on Halloween. He was just a baby. He got an uncurable disease and we had to put him down. My mom brought him home so I could see him one last time. He looked like he was sleeping. Every night, I talk to him and pray to God to have him come lay down with me so I can talk to him. He is buried in the backyard. I cry every night because I can feel in my heart that he's with me. He was a beautiful simese cat with sky blue eyes. He was very fluffy and soft, and when I held him for the last time he was as fluffy as ever. His eyes were closed. He was my youngest and most beautiful cat. I miss him so much and just writing this is making me cry. He was my best friend and he could tell when I was sad and he would come and give me kisses. Petting him made me happy. I loved him so much. A piece of my heart is missing. We put flowers on his grave. I can't go in or near the backyard or anywhere near the back of the house without welling up. 

    This is my Digital Citizen certificate. I got a score of 565/600 points. It took my about 5 tries, but it was worth it. 

    I don't really have any looks or personalities like my grandparents, but I look like my parents a lot. I have my mom's hair, and face shape, but I have my dad's colored hair and eyes. I also have his nose which I am very insecure about. My half-sister and I don't look alike because whe don't have the same mom. My brother is darker than me and his hair is almost black, where is my hair is medium-brown. My baby sister looks like my sister and I, but mostly my dad. 
    In the light, my eyes reflect like cats' eyes. My hair is medium-brown, but also has a red tint because I dyed it with black cherry Kool-Aid. I'm going to be as tall as my dad because the doctor said and I'm already taller than my mom. My brother is going to be even taller. My baby sister is starting to grow more hair. We have the same eyes as my dad, but she has  reddish-brown hair. I like to run my fingers through her hair because it's soft. I have short hair, but I want my long hair back.  My sister has long hair, and she's 9. My brother should get a haircut, but he doesn't have any brothers, so he says he wants his hair long like a girl's. I can't picture him like that...

    So far in My Digital Life, I've learned about how some text messages get forwarded and things may get out of hand. It could eventually turn into cyberbullying. 
    For example, a girl bought a new bikini and she wanted to show herself wearing it to her boyfriend. When she sent it, she didn't expect him to forward it to all of his friends on the football team, then they sent it to all their friends. After a while, everyone had it, even strangers! All of this made her phone bill sky-rocket. She had to get her phone subscription cancelled.

     On this day 11 years ago (9/11/2001), there was a horrific mass suicide consisting of 19 terrorists. The terrorists took over a two different planes and crashed both into the Twin Towers. Nearly 3,000 people died during the attacks! 
    Here we go with Osama Bin Laden again. As if he hadn't done enough, he lead the 9/11 attacks. It is the most horrific attack I have ever heard of. Thank you Sweet Jesus that officers finally cornered Bin Laden in his own house and killed him in May of 2011. 
    The attacks had an influence on me. Now I am even more afraid of strangers..... I always have a suspicion about people who look like terrorists. I realized how horrible people are. 
    In America, one of the changes was Patriot Day. We take this day to remember and thank all the people who sacrificed their lives in the 9/11 attacks. 

     I'm worried about my grades. I have A's or A-'s in all my classes except Pre-Algebra. I have a C in there (as of yesterday). I turned in a few more assignments, so I think it brought my grades up. I'm getting my first grade in CORE, so hopefully I get a good score. I'm doing pretty good in the other classes. 
    Aside from my grades, I am anxiously waiting for the Dance/ Drama club because I can't wait to join. I love both of the subjects, and hopefully I get accepted. I really hate all sports (no offence to athletes). I really don't want to join any, but my mom might make me. I wanted to be in band, but its too late now. 
    

    My biggest fear was failing. I'm struggling a lot. The worst grade I have is a C-, but I have A's in all the other classes. Its very hard and I don't think I'm good enough to go here. It's too hard and it's only going to get harder. 
    My fear didn't come true. I mostly get good grades on homework and quizzes. I'm still having trouble, but I think it's getting better.

    Have you or someone you know ever been bullied? Bullies behave like that because of lack of attention, or themselfs have been bullied, so they do it to other people. Bullies are just stupid people who want attention, bad attention. 
    If you saw someone getting bullied, what would you do? A) watch  B) Cheer it on  C) Pretend like you never saw anything  D) Do something about it. Correct answer is D. Pretty obvious. If you do something, think and ask yourself, Did I handle this correctly?
